Guild banking and Us.
To me the guild bank is like the in game evolution of our swap shop. A holding cell for stuff we don't want to sell, but asking “Hey you want this?” seems silly. And if I see something listed in the swap shop I might dump it in the guild bank. Or I might dump my extra Doom's Day gear in to the box for people to take if they are going to use it. And if I see something that I would use I would like to feel free to take and use it.
For lack of a better way to say it o think of it as a Community Chest. If there is an item take it, if you think some one else would like it leave it. But we will have to do some self-maintaining. Don't use too many slots of the bank for your junk. One or two slots maybe three. I am not sure how large of a bank we will be able to afford. Also keep an eye on how long a you leave an item in the bank. A week or too tops.
Maybe guild chest is the wrong name. Maybe “Hey you want this?” box is what I think of when I think guild chest.
